The LIMA complex
Our LIMA complex is built on glabridin, drawn from purified licorice root, together with extracts of mulberry root. Both have been studied for their action on the enzymes involved in melanin production.
In this lotion the complex is dosed for daily, whole-body use over the long term, which is the honest way to use it. This is not a treatment that transforms skin in a week, and any product claiming otherwise deserves suspicion.
Shea butter, because dryness undoes the rest
An even-looking complexion needs a comfortable skin barrier. We enriched this lotion with shea butter for exactly that reason: it relieves the dry, ashy look, keeps skin soft and supple, and gives the LIMA complex a properly functioning surface to work on.
Glycerin completes it, drawing water into the epidermis and holding it there.

Twice daily, morning and evening, on clean skin. Rub in and massage gently until fully absorbed. Apply to the whole body or to the areas you want to work on.
Use regularly. Visible results depend on consistent daily use over several weeks rather than on individual applications. For best results, use after the Exfoliating Soap Cake, and add a few drops of the Maxitone Serum for a more concentrated effect.
