1. Shipping Destinations
We deliver to the countries and regions available for selection during checkout.
Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and applicable charges may vary depending on the country or region of delivery.
If a delivery destination is not available during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to accept an online order for that destination.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery destination, order value and, where applicable, the selected shipping method.
The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.
Any free-shipping threshold or promotional shipping offer displayed on the website will apply according to the conditions stated at the time of purchase.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch orders within three (3) business days after confirmation of the order, unless a different dispatch period is indicated on the website or communicated to you.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and may vary from one country or region to another.
Any delivery times displayed on our website or provided in an order confirmation are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
For consumers in the European Union, unless a different delivery time has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
5. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.
KANPRODS SA cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Customs, Duties and Import Charges
Depending on the delivery destination, an order may be subject to customs formalities, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Where such charges are not included in the price displayed at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon importation.
The customer is responsible for complying with any applicable local import requirements.
7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at
[email protected],
providing your order number.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
Where applicable consumer law provides additional rights in the event of late or failed delivery, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or is missing from your order, please contact us promptly at
[email protected].
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Photographs of the product and packaging where relevant
Where the product is defective or does not conform to your order, we will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law, which may include replacement, repair where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
9. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and the applicable consumer legislation applies to your purchase, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear statement to:

Please include your name, order number and sufficient information to identify the products concerned.
10. Returning Products After Withdrawal
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after informing us of your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated by KANPRODS SA, the direct cost of returning products following a change of mind is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your refund has been completed.
Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
11. Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Products should, where reasonably possible, be returned with their original packaging and any accessories or other items supplied with them.
12. Cosmetics and Hygiene-Sealed Products
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed cosmetic or personal-care products may not be eligible for return under the right of withdrawal once the protective seal has been removed, where the product is not suitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons.
This exception does not affect your rights where a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to your order.
13. Refunds
Where a valid right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For EU consumers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will include the price of the returned products and, where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, is not required to be refunded where applicable law permits.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
14. Return Shipping for Defective or Incorrect Products
Where a return is required because a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, KANPRODS SA will bear the reasonable return costs where required by applicable law.
Please contact us before arranging such a return so that we can provide appropriate instructions.
15. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
If we are unable to supply the product, the affected item or order will be canceled and any amount already paid for it will be refunded.
16. Statutory Consumer Rights
This Shipping & Returns Policy does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
In particular, consumers in the European Union may benefit from statutory rights relating to delivery, withdrawal from distance contracts and legal guarantees for defective or non-conforming products.
