Dead cells don't fall away on their own. They accumulate on the surface, scatter light unevenly, and sit over pores where sebum is trying to escape. The result reads as dullness and congestion, and no amount of moisturiser fixes it, because the problem is on top rather than underneath.

This scrub clears that layer. Two or three minutes, twice a week, and the difference is visible immediately.

Gentle yes, but no compromise

Aggressive scrubbing is a particular risk on melanin-rich skin. Micro-injury to the surface can trigger post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, the dark marks that outlast whatever caused them. A scrub that leaves the skin red has already done the damage.

So we chose our abrasives carefully. Coconut shell powder, milled fine, combined with smooth silica beads that roll rather than scratch. Enough friction to lift dead cells, not enough to injure.
